Raw materials
Raw materials are the main component of the technological process for the production of disposable packaging. Constant analysis of the quality of supplied raw materials and materials allows our company’s specialists to maintain the highest quality of products, optimizing the efficiency of the process and avoiding excessive costs associated with the revision of low-quality products.
Bleached cardboard for cups
The clean and safe carton is produced with a bleached face especially for disposable cups and other Fast Food packaging.
Thanks to the advanced multi-layer cardboard construction, the cups are especially rigid, do not flow, and do not burn your hands.
The two outer layers of the board are made from bleached pulp, allowing high quality innovative graphics to be applied to original designs using flexo, offset or digital printing. When heated, it does not emit harmful substances, therefore it is suitable for direct contact with food, having a wide range of applications from coffee cups to containers for instant cereals, ice cream, yogurt and various bulk products.
Combining strength, high barrier properties and optimum sealing properties, our paperboard satisfies the needs of the most modern and demanding brand owners and consumers.
PLA cupboard
For those who choose an eco-friendly lifestyle and care about the environment, we offer disposable paper cups made of cardboard laminated with bioplastic, which is based on corn starch and is called PLA. PLA plastic is made mainly from natural materials and is subject to composting in special composting devices.
PLA cupboard belongs to the group of paperboards traditionally used for the production of packaging, in no way inferior to them in terms of its physical properties.
Aluminum foil for containers
Formacia containers are made exclusively from FOOD-grade aluminum rolls (aluminum foil), which have passed all the necessary tests and tests for the penetration of aluminum from dishes into food. Certified aluminum foil is completely non-toxic and will never become a breeding ground for microorganisms and bacteria.
The second important characteristic of aluminum is its thickness, which can range from a few thousandths of a millimeter to several centimeters. Aluminum containers of our company are produced with a thickness of 30 to 120 microns, depending on the size. Due to the high density of the foil, the containers are durable and do not deform during the preparation and transportation of ready meals.
Aluminum is characterized by high thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, ductility and frost resistance. Aluminum foil containers can be used in the range from -40°C to +280°C, including in microwave ovens.
